Located in Fitzroy, this renovation focused on revitalising the home's outdoor living spaces while refreshing the overall street presence. The project introduces a custom steel BBQ kitchenette, finished with zinc laminate cladding, creating a durable and contemporary entertaining area that complements the character of the home.

A new bike shed with sliding doors provides practical, secure storage while integrating seamlessly into the outdoor design. Together, these additions transform the backyard into a comfortable, highly functional extension of the home, encouraging year-round outdoor living and entertaining.

To complete the transformation, the entire façade was repainted in a sophisticated Monument colour palette, accented with carefully selected green tones that reflect the interior finishes and create a cohesive connection between inside and out. The result is a refreshed residence that balances practicality, contemporary design, and the unique character of its Fitzroy setting.
